1. Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager (HQ, Jalan Shelly)
   • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
   • At least 8 years working experience with minimum 5 years working experience with Property Developers or Project Management with developer/consultant
   • Possess a flair for property development like managing contract, cost budget and control, tender and award, quality, progress and timely completion, ensure projects are done in accordance with all statutory standards, requirements and regulations
   • Mature with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well with all parties concerned
   • Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft office + Microsoft Project + Power Point minimum)
     
     
2. Quantity Surveyors (Section 15, Shah Alam)
   • Possess SPM or Certificate / Diploma in Quantity Surveyor
   • Minimum 1 year working experience in Q.S works
   • Able to handle AUTOCAD and understand construction drawing

All the above positions are required to have credit in SPM Mathematics.
