TSI contracts Incorporated was established in
August 2003 in the Philippines, starting only
with three staff and a manager. But the humble
start did not deter the company from dreaming
big. The people in the company were packed with
enormous amount of zeal and energy waiting to
burst into actions and to take on the challenges
of the construction industry; fighting for
projects after projects with the more
established and bigger companies of that time.
The first major project came sooner than expected. In
2004 TSIC undertook what was called The Shang Grand Tower. A
five stars 40 storey condominium nestled in the heart of the
plush financial district in Makati. The project was
successfully completed on time with high marks from both the
General Contractor, the project management group, as well as
from the owners themselves.
Shortly thereafter, TSIC was awarded with several high
profile projects from different Gen-con. Among the more
resounding projects in the industry were Raya Garden, a
cluster of 4 blocks of 7 storey buildings and 3 blocks of 30
storey buildings beautifully designed, surrounded by greens
and the impeccable clubhouse. Alta Vista de Boracay, a
development perched on top of the hill with a magnificent
view over-looking an 18-hole golf course designed by Greg
Norman on the one side and the pristine beach on the other.
This development is composed of 16 blocks of 7-storey
buildings spread over acres of land. One of the newest
projects TSIC is undertaking is the Saint Francis Shang
Tower. This is another 5-star condominium building of
56-storeys high. Towering over a designers?shopping complex
and a financial district in Ortigas center.
Today, in a short 5 years since its inception, TSIC is
one of the more sought- after specialist contractors in the
industry. The company has grown, boasting of 8 extremely
able in-house engineers, 3 sales executives, and 2
administration personnel. Today, TSIC is poised and ready to
seize the future and capture an even larger share of the
market in the specialist contracting industry.
